Join us for insider tips, and some pre-Christmas cheer at this inspiring and informal Buyers Lounge talk, our last networking event for 2016.
We’ll be joined by Christine Kitching, Senior Account Manager for Bergdorf Goodman at global buying office Lambert & Associates. Christine will be giving us the benefit of her extensive experience both from a buyer and a sales perspective. Prior to her current role, she was a senior account manager for multi brand showrooms including Rainbowwave . Also on the panel is Sasha Ramdoo who has extensive Fashion Buying experience as Senior Fashion Buyer for large retailers such as Debenhams and Marks & Spencer, buying a wide variety of product areas including swimwear, lingerie, womenswear, jewellery and accessories.
Chaired by Fashion Angel founder Alison Lewy, we will be discussing:-
How to get noticed and approach buyers
What information should be sent to a buyer
Trade shows vs showrooms
Pre collections/mainline – do you need both?
How current disruptive industry changes may affect the buying cycles
As usual there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and to network with the speakers, Business Club members, and the Fashion Angel team.
This talk is a must for fashion, jewellery, textile, homeware and accessory brands looking to develop the wholesale side of their business.
